About This Episode
Why is it that when we want to take care of our health, it’s always too late?
This kind of flawed mindset is founded on the human desire to live forever – or at least for a long time. And we think that just because we desire it, it will happen. But that is never the case. In fact, even with the advent of scientific and technological advancements, we have stunted our ability to preserve our health simply because we are not careful about our lifestyle. We tend to abuse and overwork our minds and bodies, almost always to our detriment.
This week, I highlight some of the best lessons I’ve learned when it comes to my health and wellbeing. From respecting your body to knowing the purpose of your pain, having a deeper understanding of how your body works and how your lifestyle and mentality fit into the picture are such important aspects to learn.
Also, I am giving away an autographed copy of the soon-to-be-released book The Unchained Goddess that I co-authored.
