About This Episode
Black women play a critical role in maintaining the health of their families, however, when it comes to their well-being, many suffer in silence while battling unique health concerns. Whether it’s recovery after having a baby, fibroids, or autoimmune issues, women deal with conditions that are difficult to discuss.
One of those is fibroids.
In today’s episode, I speak with Andrea Jones, a woman that fought fibroids and came out victorious. She shares what she did to intentionally take control of her life and heal her body. Andrea now uses her voice to send messages of love, hope, and healing through her music, coaching, and podcast. If you have been fighting fibroids or know someone that is, this episode is for you!
In a nutshell, we talk about:
- Andrea’s fertility journey and experience with fibroids.
- The changes she made in her life and how she allowed her body to heal itself.
- The mindset shift that put Andrea at ease for when she was expecting her babies.
- How Andrea stopped looking for fibroids and they stopped showing up!
- Turning your trauma to turn into triumph.

… and so much more!
